  • Do I safe to pay you the money?
    We have used PayPal merchant verified account in receiving payments. So you can assure that you will get for what you paid for. We can not survive our business by cheating our customers a few dollars or hundred dollars.
    WorldWideHat.com does not sell any customer information to third party. We do not get any financial information from PayPal.

  • Can I still order if I do not have PayPal account?
    Of course, you can pay. We can get paid by Western Union. We do not recommend you to pay by Western Union. You have to pay the sending money fee in paying to us.
    Some customers may think it is risky. Most scam sellers always ask customers to pay by this way.

  • Do you have any shipping discounts in multiple orders?
    Of course, we provide shipping discounts: $4.95 first item, $3.95 second item, $2.95 each additional item.

  • Is that possible that I want to order out of stock item?
    There is a little chance to have the out of stock items available again shortly. Our suppliers always send new models to us in order to make sure that you have chosen newest models in the market. Anyway, you can contact us to check the availability of stock.

  • If your checkout system can not work, what do I do?
    Some customers got problems in checking out from our store. It seems that checkout page do not get any shipping charges information. We can identify those problems to be associated with use of Advertising Blocking Software or various browsers, security setting.
    So please check your setting on your computer firewall, blocking software, and browser setting. Do not forget to recheck that you have filled out all necessary information required on our website.

  • What is size is best for me?
    Material and size may be slightly different by manufacture. Normally, larger size will be better if you do not sure about your size. Normally, take a larger size feel better if you do not have idea what exactly your head size is. Measuring your head size by warp you head size with tape or plastic rope above your ears and eyebrows, where your hat normally sits. You can compare plastic rope with ruler so you will know your head size.

  • Do I get the colors and textures exactly as I saw on the screen?
    We do our best to display our items as accurately as possible with our actual product, but please keep in mind that the color may vary depending on the computer and monitor setting. Actually, we do not know about the material mixture for each item. We do not get any product information from suppliers. So if you are material allergy, please consider in purchasing the items.

  • Do I receive any confirmation email after ordering?
    Your order will be processed in 1-2 days. When your order is shipped via Thailand Post you will also receive a ship notification message. You can log in to your account to check a ship notification messages. You will know when you should expect for your shipment. If you still have any inquiry, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    We have charged the same shipping rate to all destinations: $4.95 first item, $3.95 second item, $2.95 each additional unit.

  • What kind of shipping methods do you have? How long do I get the parcel?
    We send all our merchandises by normal airmail. Our only carrier is Thailand Post. We do not have expedited or express shipping service. Normally, transit time (Exclude: Canada, Italy, Russia and Mexico) is 14-21 days. It may be sooner or later a week. Canada needs 20-35 days. Mexico, Italy, and Russia needs 20-56 days.

  • I have ordered a wrong item, how do I cancel or change my order?
    Please contact us immediately. Please note that if the order status has change to SHIPPED, there is no way for us to stop it. If you refuse the delivery and package returns back to us, shipping fees you have paid will NOT be refunded.

  • What should I do if I have received incomplete order (wrong/missing item)?
    For any discrepancy, please report it to us within 72 hours of receipt of product and we will assist you to solve this matter. Otherwise, we will assume that there is no problem with the order. Examples of discrepancy include wrong item, wrong quantity, missing item, or when package received does not match with the order you placed.

    We will process the refund only the cost of item(s), if the customer misses shipping carrier is multiple delivery attempts or decides to refuse package delivery.

    No, you do not have to pay restocking fee. WorldWideHat.com has though that it is not fair for customers to charge restocking fee. But returned product will get only cost of item(s) back.
